Huang-po Urged Letting Go of Conceptual Thinking
Zen Master Huang-po, from ninth century China, taught that all living beings are Buddha. He was adamant that our mind is Buddha. We can’t do anything to attain something we already possess. We seek nothing. We attach to nothing. We let go of fear and anxiety. We cling to no ideas, insights, opinions, perspectives and perceptions, forms. And, suddenly, we realize our Buddha mind.
