AdaCards Weekly Update (2 August 2021)

Fantasy Staking Beta Test Wrapup

Thanks to everyone who helped us test our Fantasy Staking NFT game during our beta test season. sunny pulled ahead at the end to win the season, while arcter and lchi0101 won games 1 and 2. Congratulations!

Fantasy Staking Season 1 Begins

Our Fantasy Staking NFT game officially launches at the epoch rollover tomorrow, August 3rd. Draft your team and compete with other AdaCards collectors to win prizes and NFT trophies! The first season will be four games long (one Cardano epoch for each game). The winner of each game will win a common Series 1 AdaCard, and the season winner will win a rare Series 1 card! We’ve made some changes to the game rules based on the feedback from our beta test, so be sure to check out our tutorial here.

Series 2 Stake Pool Announcements

We’ve begun revealing cards for the new pools that have signed up for our Series 2 release. Keep an eye on Twitter for card giveaways! The following new pools have been announced so far:

• CSP
• DIGI

SPO Signups for Series 2

Stake pool signups for Series 2 are still live! We just published an article that explains the benefits provided to SPOs who participate in the project — be sure to check it out here. SPOs that would like to be included in our second AdaCards release can sign up here.
