It’s been just over three months since the token sale ended and there’s already a lot of progress to show so far. April has been a very busy month and we look forward to continuing the momentum as we go further into the year.

Here’s a look at what’s happened in the last 30 days:

Adbank Acquires Its First Ad Network

We announced our first ad network acquisition with Ecig Media to speed up the adoption of the ADB token. This step has put Adbank in the lead for blockchain-based solutions with true utility of a token in a digital advertising ecosystem.

New 2018 Roadmap Released

Earlier this month we unveiled our new roadmap that outlines key business and technical milestones for 2018. See the video below where CEO Jon Gillham goes into detail about each step we’re taking this year to make ADB the default currency for digital advertising.

Former Twitter VP Joins Adbank Advisor Board

Adbank made a splash with the announcement of our new advisor Kirstine Stewart, former VP of Media at Twitter, the first female head of the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corp) and Chief Strategy Officer at Diply, one of the Internet’s most popular viral content sites. Kirstine is currently the President & Chief Revenue of Tribal Scale — a consulting firm and tech incubator that works with some of the world’s biggest companies on enhancing their digital strategy. She will assist the Adbank team with their publisher partnerships.

Blair Macneil Joins Team As Dev Ops Engineer

Blair will be working with Dr. Fodé Touré as our new dev ops engineer and providing additional development support as needed. Blair comes with an extensive background in multiple startups in both Korea and Toronto focused on real-time communications, database management, containerization and working in high pressure environments.

Beta Trials Begin With Advertisers & Publishers

We already have almost 200 advertisers and publishers registered in the beta platform with ADB tokens flowing for the purpose of digital advertising.

Kelsey & Angelo Speak @ Zero-In Conference In Amsterdam

Adbank co-founders Kelsey Cole and Angelo Dodaro spoke at the Zero-In Tech Conference in Amsterdam on April 19. Kelsey gave a keynote discussing women in blockchain and Angelo presented a workshop teaching attendees about clever retargeting strategies to improve their ad campaigns.

Angelo Speaks @ Crypto Affiliate Conference In Prague

Adbank co-founder Angelo Dodaro delivered a keynote at the CRAC 2018 conference in Prague on content strategies that build trust in online communities.

Kelsey Cole Delivers Keynote at Hearst Media Tower In NYC

Kelsey Cole, CSO & co-founder at Adbank, was invited to headline Mogul’s Women In Crypto event at the Hearst Tower in New York City. Mogul is known as a “Global Media Empire for Women” and reaches over 18 million readers with prominent investors such as Gary Vaynerchuk and Hearst Media (publishing giant that owns Cosmopolitan, Oprah Magazine, Men’s Health, Good Housekeeping, Popular Mechanics, ELLE and many more).

Adbank Announces Plans For Crypto Ad Network

With the pending ban of cryptocurrency ads on Google & YouTube in June, Adbank announced its intentions to debut a new crypto-specific ad network by summer in its recently released 2018 roadmap. More info on this to come in the near future.

AI Data Collection Begins

With the beta platform up and running, this means data collection to train our anti-fraud AI (patent pending) has begun.
