I wanted to cover something dear to my heart, the power of reflection, and how using this approach can level up your team’s performance, simply by using continuous improvement to drive the goal of high-performance teams.

Although I have written similar things in the past, in this article I wanted to dive a little deeper in the idea of making it sustainable for teams who want to aspire to greater heights.

Reflection provides us with an opportunity to:

  • Take time to think about the work we have completed
  • and learn from those experiences.

The more we practice reflecting, the better we become at it. Reflecting is a chance to regularly improve.
