About
BIPOC Book Critics Collective
BIPOC Book Critics Collective is a safe space for book critics of color, emerging and established, to amplify the voices of writers of color.
Note from the editor

The BIPOC Book Critics Collective is a safe space for black, indigenous book critics of color, emerging and established, to amplify the voices of BIPOC writers. We don’t simply review books, we frame conversations around them that are deeply personal between us and our readers. BIPOC writers, often marginalized, hold a unique perspective on art and literature. In order to disrupt the cisgendered, patriarchal status quo in publishing, we engage in conversation with texts that are traditionally published and focus our efforts on narratives that are uncommon to review: queer, avante garde, hybrid, indie, self-published, and beyond.
