The video of COO Vadim Gore’s discussion of BASE and announcement of the BitClave Developer Program is available (though you might have seen it on Periscope). Watch the presentation here, and please reach out to us if you have any feedback!

MatchICO

For the MatchICO team, we continue to collect and organize the feedback we’ve received as we continue to expand and improve the product. We are fixing bugs and also undertaking industry research about ICO trends, companies, and users needs.

Marketing

Last week the Marketing team publicized the BitClave Developer Program as well as the Contest. Some important updates have been shared with the community on Medium. Here are the major FAQs about BASE, answered:

And here we’ve rounded up the several questions about the Developer Program and Contest, as well as ideas about additional applications for BASE:

With the introduction of BASE and the use cases shared by our Head of Blockchain, we are putting our energies towards attracting more developers to the Program and collecting more ideas for BASE. At the same time, we are integrating our BitClave marketing, MatchICO and Desearch teams more cohesively, to improve all outgoing communications.

We have a new marketing plan in the works at BitClave, which we’ll begin to execute at the end of this week. Let us know if you have any comments on what we’re doing so far, or any suggestions for our marketing strategy in the future.

Community

We have recently formed our Community Management team. Even though they’ve been working together for a month, it seems like they have been a crew for a long time. With meetups every two weeks, the team discusses goals, ways to achieve them, and work processes.

Our first Community Manager meeting

From BitClave’s Community Managers:

We continue to identify our responsibilities to the community, and to discuss our vision and values in communication with users:
A personal, friendly approach
Attentive listening and empathy
Going the extra mile
Patience and politeness
Taking the time for thorough, quality answers

During our second Community Management meeting, which took place last week, the team created profile pictures for BitClave’s Telegram accounts, so that community members can recognize our team members. They also had a training on ticketing systems.
