Between my grief and moving forward, I have gained weight, my "Kummerspeck." Most people did, and while it may sound cliché, to love yourself and be kind to ourselves, we still have to work on that belly fat — fast.

Lose Weight in 30 Days, no excuses.

This is an update, it is March 2022, and while I have been very close a few times to achieve my weight loss or fat loss goals, I find myself now still above my optimum weight.

I have moved forward, but not the weight on my scale. I'm still a stay-at-home writer, and being at home is both a plus and minus as I try to lose weight.

If I can lose weight fast without any exercise, that will be great, since right now I have limited physical activity. I have been delaying any exercise as…
