In 1924, the Ford factories were the pinnacle of innovation in manufacturing, but even they could not imagine what a factory would look like in 2000.

Fast forward to 2100, and how we work in 2024 will look as old-fashioned and quaint to them as the original Ford factories look to us.

Knowledge Work has been emerging and evolving for a very long time, but there is still a long way to go until we discover much better ways of working than what we have today.

Agility has been a fundamental leap forward, but it’s likely to be just one giant step in an ongoing journey of great discoveries and contributions that will eventually follow. The lives, places of work, and society of future generations will be transformed beyond our imagination.
