Meet a Member: Aditya Kedia

Aditya joined the BoP community earlier this month. He is a Lead UX Designer, Strategist & Researcher at Manulife, a financial services company that helps people by empowering them to make better life decisions and live a healthier lifestyle. With more than 10 years of experience in the design field, Aditya has incorporated these skills in the fields of business and technology and uses all of these to help people solve problems and create a measurable value for the stakeholders. He uses design thinking methodologies and a human-centered approach to achieve his business goals at Manulife.

This is how Aditya describes his purpose:

“Use user-centred innovation to redefine narratives and create businesses and solutions that democratise and equalise access to information and resources.”

He also describes the biggest problem in the business world as:

“Holding on to legacy mindset while trying to solve present day problems.”

When asked about his reason for joining the community, this is what he had to say:

“To become part of community having like-minded individuals who are motivated by purposeful thinking and equipped with skills and ideas to reshape the future.”
