The last few weeks at Charged Particles have been packed with lots of exciting work. We went live on Polygon in the last week of June and launched the Charged Particles dApp accelerator program.

Let’s take a deep dive into what are we up to!

We’re live on Polygon

High gas costs have served as a barrier to entry for the majority of NFT creators and lead to less-than-inclusive conditions for the industry-at-large. High gas costs not only stunt industry growth directly by discouraging many artists from minting NFTs and participating in liquidity mining; but also indirectly because the higher the gas costs; the less experimentation there will be in creative and cutting-edge use cases that naturally arise with lower transaction fees. Polygon’s full-stack scaling solution solves this problem. With Polygon you can mint 2000–2500 NFTs for 1 MATIC.

Introducing The Charged Particles dApp Accelerator Program

We’re proud to announce our Charged Particles dApp Accelerator Program. Our dApp Accelerator Program will be our way of providing support to projects building on the Charged Particles Protocol. If you are interested in joining or speaking with us about your idea, please fill out this form! Our enthusiasm for our Protocol is no secret; as the possibilities are endless for the applications and use cases that are made possible with our technology.

Charged Particles has successfully passed The Arcadia Group Smart Contracts Audit

We are pleased to announce that Charged Particles has passed the smart contract audit performed by The Arcadia Group with flying colors. The Arcadia Group conducted a review of the Charged Particles smart contract on the Charged Particles repo. The quality of code was found to be good and well managed. The contracts are well written and structured.

‘Liquid Energy’ Polygon Metaverse Event

After we went live on Polygon, bringing DeFi NFTs to this incredible Layer 2, proof-of-stake blockchain and to help us celebrate, more than a thousand people came together in Cryptovoxels to the beautiful gallery designed specifically for Liquid Energy by Richard Dixon. (VISIT HERE) The event was proud to celebrate men, women, and non-binary artists from all over the world, and the collections were truly stunning.

About Charged Particles

Charged Particles is a protocol that allows users to deposit ERC-20 tokens(ANY tokens) into an NFT. A scarce NFT (e.g. Art, Collectible, Virtual Real Estate, In-Game Item, etc.) can now be transformed into a basket holding a number of other tokens. The Principal amount can be time-locked inside the NFT, and through integration with Aave’s aTokens, the programmable yield from these DeFi yield-generating assets is just a few clicks away.
