The tavern is lively. Workers drinking too much… but a few possible candidates.
Will they help?
A lizard-warrior, blue skinned. He snarls at first, but on mention of slaying orcs, his eyes light up. “I’m in. Name’s Tox’ar.”
Next, a cloaked sorceress: “Naya Flameweaver.” She raises one eyebrow; skeptical of your proposal. But the offer of loot from the orc camp suffices to win her over.
Two strapping youths laugh drunkenly and refuse, but a green-clad goblin taps your shoulder. “I know the way of the forest,” she says. “I’m Polki”.
Soon your band departs, and your confidence is rising…
