Closed Greek and Albanian borders. Technical problems or revenge?

On November 2018 the Greek and Albanian borders of Kakavia and Crustallobe were closed. The Greek authorities reported technical problems but Albanian citizens claimed that was a revenge for what happened in the Vouliarated village during the funeral of Kondtadine Katsifa.
