Planning to attend Berlin Blockchain Week? So are we!

We’ll have a presence at most of the major events, and we’d love for you to join us there. We’ve already published some introductory articles on what the Commons Stack is all about, but there is so much more to tell. We are building a modular ‘tech stack for the commons’, that will enable communities to bootstrap themselves to achieve their goals in spite of insufficient donations, grants, and pro-bono contributions. You are this community and we’d love to hear your thoughts on this, in Berlin.

In addition to attending our talks (which we hope you will — the full list is below), keep an eye out for Michael Zargham, Jeff Emmett, Stefaan Ponnet, Kris Decoodt, Max Semenchuk, and Kay Gertler. They’ll attend lots of events and will be happy to answer all your Commons Stack-related questions. We’ve been living, eating and breathing token engineering for the past several months and we can’t wait to share all our ideas and plans, and listen to your feedback!

Finally, while we know that all the events during this week will be awesome, the presentation we are personally looking forward to most will take place at TEGG on August 23rd, 17:30 at TU Berlin. This is where Jeff, our explainer-in-chief, will present our vision for how the Commons Stack can be used to hack at global challenges that affect everyone — like cleaning up our planet — by addressing the core underlying problems related to the ‘Tragedy of the Commons’. If you’re interested in the Commons Stack and you will be in Berlin, register here, we’d love to see you there!
