And bravo for calling it out because it’s one thing to say you’re trying to work on diversity and inclusion and that you might get it wrong and, the unfortunate default which is somewhere between not trying at all and barely trying but claiming you’ve solved it.

I hate knowing that there are brilliant, passionate, talented, beautiful, creative, people in this world who are kept out of the things they love because of our short-sighted middle-school-grade ethics around just letting people — ANYONE — do the things they love.
