MGMT 2275 — Creativity in the Workplace course blog taught by Kris Hans via Bissett School of Business, Mount Royal University. In this course, students will gain an understanding of the concept of creativity-its nature, complexity, and relationship to major components present in any environment. They will analyze their own creative strengths and weaknesses, and will learn and practice tools to improve their creative competence. Through various learning activities, learners will develop an appreciation for why we need to learn about, and practice, creativity.
