NFT DinoVox Old Graou — Chapter 1: COMMUNITY

Now that the dates, prices and conditions of the 1st “Old Graou” mint of the DinoVox project have been revealed, it’s time to reveal in detail what privileges, rights and benefits these prestigious NFTs will give to their holders.

And, because in Web3, the community has a central importance, what better topic than this one to start our tour of the 8 Privileges offered to DinoVox Old Graou NFT holders!

Your NFT, your decisions, your project: GRAOUvernance

As you have probably understood by now, the FenuaVerse of the DinoVox has several fundamental characteristics:

• As a “World-Project”, it is a long-term project (its roadmap and its economic mechanisms are anticipated over 30 years);
• Its ambition is to create value, in multiple forms;
• It puts the community at the center of the game, by ensuring that each of its citizens, users and inhabitants is offered sovereignty and freedom (freedom to sell, buy, exchange without constraint, to undertake, build, create new services and experiences without limits…).

To serve these ambitions, it was decided that the construction of the FenuaVerse would be done collectively and communally, or would not be.

And, that anyone who wished could take part in the growth, development and even the direction of the FenuaVerse, by simply owning some NFTs.

Thus, GRAOUvernance was born.

GRAOUvernance is the word used by DinoVox to describe a DAO, or Decentralized Autonomous Organization.

Very representative of the new Web3 standards, a DAO is a decentralized, transparent and uncensored decision-making system that allows community members to submit suggestions, vote and decide on the future of a project.

DinoVox Old Graou, pioneers of GRAOUvernance

“A GRAOU powers, GRAOU responsibilities”.

It is anticipated that, in the long run, the FenuaVerse will be essentially (or as much as possible) decided and arbitrated by the community of its owners (this ownership being materialized by the ownership of NFT DinoVox, FAAPU, or other derived or partner collections, to come).

However, this vision will take time to materialize and will require a meticulous phase of experimentation, testing, and experimentation…

Thus, it has been established that during this first phase of development of the FenuaVerse, only the DinoVox Old Graou (OG) will be granted GRAOUvernance rights.

These rights will allow NFT holders to take part as pioneers in the set of decisions submitted to vote, according to a simple democratic standard:

1 DINO = 1 VOX

In other words, and this is the first of the 8 privileges of the DinoVox OG, each holder of these rare DinoVox Old Graou will be able to take part immediately in the construction of FenuaVerse, and mark the history of the project.

Holders will have a voting power equivalent to the number of NFT held in their wallet (1).

(1): Within the framework of the GRAOUvernance’s own functioning, various weighting rules apply, in order to avoid any imbalance of the model.
