Understanding the FenuaVerse, MOTUs and FAAPUs
In the same way that a tree can hide a forest, the DinoVox are the friendly pixelated saurians behind which the FenuaVerse takes shape.
What is the FenuaVerse? In a few words, it’s the first hybrid educational, entertainment and business metaverse inspired by the light and the islands of Polynesia, the homeland of DinoVox.
To help you understand the term ‘hybrid’ and the added value of this ‘project-world’, here are the answers to 8 essential questions you may be asking yourself about the FenuaVerse.
For today’s purposes, keep in mind that the FenuaVerse takes the form of an archipelago made up of islands (MOTU), themselves made up of parcels of land (FAAPU, “fields” or “gardens” in Polynesian).
FAAPUs
FAAPUs are parcels of land measuring approximately 13 mX13 m.
They each exist in the form of a single NFT and will initially be available in an “elemental” form (beach, valley, reef, mountain, etc.).
Later, it will be possible to improve and enhance the FAAPU, with decorative elements, vegetation, buildings, etc. to create experiences. Some improvements will require a combination of several FAAPU.
1 NFT Old Graou = 1 FAAPU freemint
Each holder of an Old Graou NFT (mint scheduled for 25 June) will automatically receive a FAAPU freemint on the first wave of sales (which will involve the DinoVox Island MOTU).
2 conditions will apply:
- 1. Keep the DinoVox Old Graou NFT on a non-custodial wallet (such as xPortal) on the day of the mint.
In other words, the freemint will not be available if the NFT is listed on an NFT marketplace, for example.
- 2. To report a FAAPU freemint, the NFT Old Graou will have to have been held in the same wallet for at least 3 months (90 days) prior to the mint (scheduled for 1ᵉʳ quarter 2024).
An Old Graou NFT holder is entitled to as many freemints as he owns DinoVox OG.
Example:
- 10 DinoVox OG held in wallet for more than 3 months = 10 freemint from FAAPU
- 10 DinoVox OG, including 5 bought 1 month before the mint = 5 freemint of FAAPU
- 10 DinoVox OG, including 8 listed on a marketplace on the day of the mint = 2 freemint from FAAPU.
