How to Set Up Your YouTube Account
In order to start making money off of your YouTube videos, you’ll need to set up a YouTube account and link it to your Google Adsense account. This is a very simple process that shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes.
First, go to youtube.com and click on the “Sign In” button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Once you’ve logged in, click on the “My Channel” button in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
On the next page, you’ll see a section called “Channel Settings.” Underneath “Name,” type in your channel’s name. (This can be anything you want.) Underneath “Description,” write a brief description of your channel. (This is what people will see when they search for your channel on YouTube.)
