Emily’s Thought of the Week

For years, I closed my team’s weekly (or bi-weekly) all-hands with a “Thought of the Week”. In that time, the team grew from 40 to 150 and producing “Thoughts” took on its own importance in my life. Now that I have moved on from that role, I maintain the practice here.
