The mission is to get more Black Feet in the C-Suite. Only 3% of design roles are filled by Black Designers. Black UX (User Experience) Labs was created as a virtual safe space for black UX practitioners to connect, converse and thrive. Launched in 2019 to build access and awareness to Black UX talent to increase representation in product and content development roles.
