This is a very personal poem about my lovely little sister.

Madeline Rose, most darling girl,
We watch you play and dance and twirl,
With limitless energy, an endless supply,
You flash and flicker like a butterfly.

Morning’s Hue

Champion expectancy, Bleed for hope.

Her obstacle was always two:

one that of love

the other in rue.

They shared a face, body and eyes

but what, that of the mind?

some Better Place

I read today about a man too soon taken

from this earthly life.

He spent his time simply, was kind,

and hardly the cause of any strife.
