This piece of advice from Anthony Bourdain is probably the best career and life advice I have ever read. What I like about it is that he has such a strong internal locus of control and humility. Instead of blaming the industry, whining about the unfair way he was treated, he expresses everything as decisions he made that he is responsible for.
