Today we are pleased to introduce two loyalty experts from Australia who will join our Advisory Board: Philip Shelper and Adam Posner

The Advisory Board serves a vital function for EZToken. They are our board of advisors and reviewers who are dedicated to the mission of expanding business development for EZToken. They provide valuable advice and recommendations, and support the implementation and globalisation of EZToken in areas outside our domain of expertise. Each advisor brings significant experience in loyalty, rewards and member relationships which will inform our strategy for 2018 and beyond.

An examination of the backgrounds of our new advisors should be sufficient to convince our customers, investors, and partners of the exciting opportunities for us.

Please take a few moments to become acquainted with Philip Shelper and Adam Posner below and welcome them to our community.

About our new advisors:

Philip Shelper

Philip received his BEc and BSc degrees at the Australian National University in 1994, and a Post-graduate Certificate in Management Marketing at Macquarie Graduate School of Management in 2005. Phil has over 12 years experience within the loyalty industry, including stints at Qantas Frequent Flyer and Vodafone, as well as his own loyalty management consultancy, Loyalty & Reward Co, which he established in March 2013. He is also CEO of LoyaltyX — an experiment loyalty agency specialising in blockchain applications. In late 2017 LoyaltyX ran the world’s first blockchain loyalty research project at the University of NSW. His clients include: Credit Suisse (world leading financial services company), Procter & Gamble (multinational manufacturer of product ranges for family), Optus (the second largest telecommunication company in Australia), Officeworks (Australia’s largest supplier of office and stationery products), Endeavour Drinks Group (Australia’s largest liquor merchant), El Al Airlines (Israel’s largest airline) and many more.

Adam Posner

Adam completed his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of South Africa in 1990 and obtained his post-graduate degree in Direct Marketing from Monash University in Melbourne in 2001. After 13 years working in marketing agencies as well as heading up the marketing and lead generation for a business that provided maths tutoring software to families, Adam established Directivity in 2007. It is a marketing agency that provides customer loyalty, acquisition strategies and campaign implementation. In June 2017, he founded The Point of Loyalty, a strategic loyalty consultancy dedicated to driving profitable business growth from existing customers through customer loyalty and customer retention. Some of the clients he has worked with include BlueScope Steel (The third largest manufacturer of painted and coated steel products globally), Pearson (Multinational publishing and education company), The Choice Hotel Group (Australian division of the international renowned hotel chain), Westpac Banking Group (A top four Australian financial services organisation) and Bed, Bath and Table (An Australian and New Zealand home bedding and furnishing retail group with 170 stores). He has also commissioned, co-authored and authored six of Australia’s in-depth research studies on customer loyalty and loyalty programs — ‘for love or money’.

We are thrilled to have such experienced experts lend their talents to our mission as we bring the implementation of EZToken to life in Australia and beyond. Welcome on board, Philip and Adam!
