Happy December!
We’ve finally arrived in the last month of 2020 — and what a year it was.
Australia suffered through crippling fires, donald trump was impeached, and harvey weinstein was convicted of rape.
George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor were murdered by police officers, and waves of protests swept the world. Murder hornets appeared in America, and Beirut dealt with a massive explosion.
We lost Chadwick Boseman and Ruth Bader Ginsburg to cancer — and we’re still not over either.
The west coast of the United States had its own forest fires, Eddie Van Halen died, trump got COVID, and Joe Biden won the American presidential election (though trump continues to hold us all hostage with his frivolous lawsuits).
All of this, on top of a global pandemic that necessitated lockdowns throughout the entire world, and killed 1.5 million people.
We could include more — but we’re going to stop here.
We’ve limped through this year, and while the majority of us have not arrived here unscathed — we’ve arrived — and that alone is cause for celebration.
Here at Fearless, we’re wrapping up the year with a few of our own celebrations. We’re ending the year with 15,000 followers, and 600+ writers. We launched a website, a merch line, and a podcast — Fearless She Spoke.
In this newsletter, we’d like to highlight a recent episode: Surviving a Narcissist, with Relationship Coach Carrie Wynn.
Carrie Wynn is a writer for Fearless She Wrote, and she’s also a relationship coach. In this episode, she sits down with Gillian Sisley to dig into the red flags that can be found when dating a narcissist. They discuss how to safely leave a narcissistic abuser, and what can be expected throughout the recovery journey of such a relationship.
Stay healthy and safe, Fearless readers and writers. Thank you for sticking with us through this challenging year, and we wish you happiness and love as 2020 comes to a close.
