GiftedHire can remove the pain, frustration, and confusion from your job search if you take advantage of all your membership offers. You have good grades and submitted tons of job applications online – why haven’t you heard back from anyone?
Companies don’t evaluate every applicant the way your professors evaluate every student. You won’t pass and get a job simply by doing the minimum amount of work required on the job posting. If you don’t take the initiative and go above and beyond in your outreach to employers, there’s a good chance your application will be thrown out before anyone reads it at all.

However, what made you stand out as a top student still matters on your path to a great career. Connecting with your professor and creating a relationship with him or her is key to setting yourself apart from the rest.
