Note from the editor
GoFAr is the publication of the Guild of Future Architects (GoFA), a nonprofit organization that brings together the architects of tomorrow to more effectively pursue shared visions of the future. The work of the Guild is to establish its century-long role as a critical animator of enlightened cultural, social, economic, and political systems. As a membership organization, the Guild provides future architects with education, connections, mentorship, and access to financial resources. Our primary goals with this publication are to report on the programs of the Guild, and to feature perspectives and updates from our members. In addition, we may invite participants and collaborators in related projects to contribute. Radical imagination is a core value of the Guild, and so GoFAr will feature a wide variety of viewpoints and creative expressions: fiction, nonfiction, poetry, art, personal essays, manifestos, videos, and more.
