Chapter 4 Completed!

The fourth chapter of the HHWPS Project was all about fully automated fitness — the art of building an environment where fitness happens without consuming any of your precious willpower.

The proven ideas shared in this short chapter are simple but not easy. As an example, here are the four pillars of an environment for effortless fitness:
