3. WHAT IM READING

+ Hold Me Tight | Dr Sue Johnson

This a book for married couples, but of course anyone can read it.

I’m just about to start diving into it, so I can’t quite summarize it.

But from the little I learnt, Johnson teaches that the way to save and enrich a relationship is to reestablish safe emotional connection and preserve the attachment bond.
