And how it changed my life and mindset

Knowing there’s someone somewhere who notices you’re writing is the best feeling a writer can have!

Writing is a good way to transmit your emotions, experiences, wins and lose with like-minded people around the world.

What then if you’ve been writing and writing and writing without getting results?

It’s frustrating! And annoying.

Many writers find it difficult to keep writing because only few can develop the habit of consistency to keep going.

What if I tell you— shhh, come closer I’m gonna show you something — like I was saying: what if I say; one day you’ll wake up and get amazing comments that’ll make you feel like the next Tim? Mmmm, don’t doubt lol.

Writing does beyond expectation!

Now, here is the comment from Joanie Adams that boosted my passion for writing:

Writing is powerful, words change people.

Here are some quick lessons I’ll show you which I leaned:

1. Never quit writing

Quitting is like switching off.

The moment you quit writing, it might be your winning day you don’t know. And if you quit you’re never going to see that winning.

Before I joined NewsBreak where I have hundreds of thousands of views, I was thinking of quitting Medium, to be honest.

But I didn’t quit! I won’t!

Rather, I reignited my passion, wrote articles full of advice of becoming a top writer, improving headlines and other important things related to writing.

I published the articles and got those heart-touching comment. Inspirational. Motivational. And full of truth.

Yes, they were right: if you want useful advice for writing, I’m yours.

So never stop, my friend, writing will surprise you one day.

2. Making Impact

You don’t know who’s reading your stuffs.

You probably have heard about the poet, Amanda Gorman, who was writing, writing and published what she wrote.

She never knew her poetry would travel far up to big, great people like presidents and famous politicians. Businesspeople. Staffs. The White House. CNN. Fox. Blah blah....

Suddenly, she got invited to read her poem “The Hill We Climb” during the inauguration of Joe Biden. Wuuuu, butterflies!

You never know how your writing is making impact on some people far away from you.

3. Connections

You build not only money from writing, you build connections too.

Joanie, to be honest, wasn’t just a common reader that just came across my article, read and dropped those inspirational words. She’s a good friend I’ve been with for months (online). Through what? Writing.

She writes good poetry and she’s good at it like Wordsworth or Shakespeare :)

Writing connects you with different people around the world.

4. Writing changes life

It may take you where you never thought of reaching.

Writing has made huge impact on many of the top writers you know today. They are connected with different big brands of the world.

They came in contact with different eminent, noble men and women of the world.

All through what?! Writing. Publishing. And Writing. Publishing.... continuously without giving up.

You have incredible, great opportunities ahead for you, don’t cheat yourself, spouse or whole family by giving up. Keep writing. Keep moving. Keep improving.... growth is coming!!!
