This year in thesis was a wild ride, so to help future thesis students here’s some things I learned over the course and tips/advice to help you through it as well.
INSPIRATION
This week I’m retopologizing my detail Zbrush models. Some of my models, like my desk, and large furniture, were detailed in Zbrush to give them more wear and tear. This process was a good learning experience for Zbrush, but there’s still a lot about the program I don’t know/understand.
This week I made the last few miscellaneous items. These ranged from scrolls, to maps, to small tools, to windows, to small furniture pieces, etc. These were models that I thought would spice of the room a bit more if they were included and make for nice visual variety.
