IRIS Foundation launched Validator Rewards Program, which aims to support and reward validators, further boosting the participation of newly-joined validators, encouraging active community outreach by validators, and incentivizing active engagement in the IRISnet ecosystem for increasing bonded tokens.

“Rainbow Validator” is a monthly award in this program. IRIS foundation will select up to 3 validators from the validators who applied every month and reward them each with 10,000 IRIS.

What did they do?

Satomshi

Positively participate in various activities of IRISnet to support the development of the IRISnet ecosystem
Technically support IRISnet like providing the script to help check nyancat-6 testnet, finding and reporting bugs, etc.
Actively engage in the IRISnet communities and answer questions to help the community better understand IRISnet

Nodeasy

Write articles and tutorials to introduce IRISnet and help the community learn how to vote in Rainbow Wallet
Continually summarize weekly updates of IRISnet, and post them in various communities as well as social media including Twitter and Weibo, introducing IRISnet to more users

itokenpool

A newly-joined validator this year, who actively engage in the IRISnet communities and ecosystem
Introduce IRISnet in their own community, and also guide the community to try and use Red Packet function in Rainbow Wallet
Introduce IRISnet in offline meetups, help the audience to know IRISnet and further attract more users for IRISnet
Write articles to promote IRISnet and share them in various social platforms

Who are they?

About Satomshi

Satomshi is a technical team focused on the PoS field. The team members are a group of technical geeks from well-known Chinese financial technology companies and have extensive experience in the staking industry. The team has won the GoS competition, participated in the early test networks of IRISnet’s Fuxi and Nyan Cat.

About Nodeasy

Nodeasy is a Staking Economy portal website that provides one-stop blockchain staking on-chain data, public chain nodes construction technology, nodes operation and maintenance and operation services.

About itokenpool

itokenpool is a trusted Proof-of-Stake infrastructure provider and validator. The team members mainly come from Tsinghua University, having professional node operation and maintenance technology and high-quality services.
