Hi, I’m Jaclyn — a born-and-raised Midwesterner who has no fear of leaving my comfort zone. A graphic designer by trade, my fascination with the beginning-to-end project lifecycle, from discovery and research through the development and delivery, led me to user experience design. As a UX designer, I constantly advocate for user needs by leveraging and implementing my strong emotional perception and empathy. Ideally, you would find me collaborating within a design team, but I am also an independent and self-reliant worker when tackling challenges alone.
