Kaarana (ಕಾರಣ; कारण; reason) is a collection of independent critiques of Aadhaar. Our articles are the independent work of their respective authors, but we sometimes help each other with copy editing and fact checking. We were previously known as Kārana, using the long 'ā' instead of 'aa' to mimic Aadhaar's frequent misspelling as Adhaar and Aadhar, but the joke was on us.
