Lavaash by Saby is not just s restaurant. It is manifestation of a Chef’s growing up stories and memories and a teams hardwork to make it happen everyday. Chef Sabyasachi Gorai grew up in Asansol and Calcutta, West Bengal India and had a strong impact from the small Armenian community settled in this beautiful part of the country. Where the food is influenced by Armenians living in India and them influenced by Indian flavours and ideas. The drinks are also a heady mix of a lot of potent alcohol and generous sprinkle of anecdotes from his early youth. We hope you like what we share as insider conversations here.
