LiIDS Magazine.am is an online publication that shares the state-of-the-art in data-intensive high performance LiDAR data systems research and remote sensing imagery data systems research. The objective of this work is to investigate and develop scalable data system to integrate LiDAR and imagery data — the scalable spatial integration of 2D and 3D data. The letters LiIDS stands for LiDAR (Li), Imagery (I), Data (D), and Systems (S). Additionally, I share how I tinker with these areas. “.am” stands for “and musing”- meaning, I like to use this platform to share my vivid thoughts.
