Week One

For a person who’s known to change his opinion as easily as the wind blows, in week one he was uncannily disciplined, despite thew chaos that he wrought. If I just didn’t hate everything that he was disciplined about, I’d almost say it was an impressive effort.

What I am Reading

With the holiday break and a week on the beach in Mexico, I’ve been on a bit of a reading tear of late.

One of my goals this year is to read at least 20 books; at least five must have some professional application. I think that will create some measure of balance.

The 45th President: My Thoughts on Inauguration Eve

Well, t-minus like 18 hours and counting now until our new President assumes the leadership mantle. Or, as I heard on talk radio this morning: welcome to the last day of our democracy!

Warriors!

This year I have gone to three Warriors games (all three of which, I might add, have been wins). These are the only three Warriors games I have ever been to and if I am going to be honest, I pretty much paid through the teeth for all of them. The Cleveland game the most. But yeah — that game was awesome.

Medium!

Well, I have wanted to try this for a long while now: moving my blog to Medium. I think I’ve finally figured out how to do this: by setting up what they refer to as a “Publication.” Let’s see how this goes.
