A playful symphony of learning and growing!

With the four core pillars as our cornerstone, we are on a path to create a culture where employees can bring their whole selves to the office without leaving their ❤️ behind.

Before moving ahead to the great learning culture, here’s a gist of all the pillars -

2. The Green Culture to Nurture Nature 🌳

In an exciting move towards a more sustainable future, Saleshandy has partnered with the Catch Foundation and last year, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to plant a whopping 2000 trees! Yes, you read that right, 2000 trees.

In the month of February this year, we took this initiative to action. Catch Foundation is a passionate organization dedicated to environmental conservation. This partnership is a testament to our commitment to give back to nature and make a positive impact on our planet.

This milestone moment took place at GIFT City, Ahmedabad. Here’s a glimpse of the day -

At Saleshandy, one of our core values is to improve 1% every day and let the compounding effect do the magic!

In today’s fast-paced and ever-evolving business landscape, organizations that prioritize learning and development tend to thrive. On realising this, we decided to create a culture where learning happens as frequently as sipping a coffee 😉

Let’s have a look at how we laid the foundation of our Learning culture and what’s ahead of us!

The Inception :

Our journey towards cultivating a culture of continuous learning began with a fundamental question: How can we equip our members with the tools they need to stay ahead in their careers?

The answer was rooted in a Learning Needs Analysis, which involved gathering feedback and insights from our members. We identified a clear need for structured learning opportunities through a couple of surveys.

With the LNA data in hand, we decided to introduce a robust learning culture initiative during our next annual offsite meeting. Oh, our last offsite was a blast! Have a look here 💥 🥂

Our First in-house session: Curiosity at Workplace

Picture this: At our annual offsite gathering, we kicked off our learning culture makeover with a session that had everyone buzzing — “Curiosity at Workplace.” 🚀

We basically asked them to be the curious cat and chase knowledge, pounce on new ideas, and simply meow… I mean, ask questions! 😹

There was a lot of brainstorming around how curiosity leads to creativity and innovation. We had all our members undergo an activity of ‘5 Why’ to understand the cause-and-effect relationships. We even encouraged folks to spill the beans on their experiences and share their lightbulb moments. 🤔

It was a great hour of learning and insights.

Second Session: Feedback Mechanism

At Saleshandy, we firmly believe in the adage, “Feedback is the breakfast of champions.” Realising the need to understand Feedback Mechanism, we conducted another session on the same.

This was conducted virtually where we discussed the AID model and The Radical Candor approach towards feedback.

During this enlightening session, we fostered an atmosphere where members felt comfortable sharing their thoughts and suggestions openly. We emphasized that constructive feedback not only fuels personal growth but also plays a pivotal role in enhancing our company’s overall processes and operations. Feedback is the cornerstone of our commitment to excellence.

Introducing an In-House Library :

नास्ति विद्यासमो बन्धुर्नास्ति विद्यासमः सुहृत्। नास्ति विद्यासमं वित्तं नास्ति विद्यासमं सुखम्॥ विद्या जैसा बंधु नहीं, विद्या जैसा मित्र नहीं, (और) विद्या जैसा अन्य कोई धन या सुख नहीं ।(There is no friend, no companion, no wealth or no bliss as great as Vidya)

Step into our office, and you’ll find more than just desks and chairs. We believe that books hold the power to unlock boundless creativity, foster personal growth, and ignite conversations that spark innovation. So, we’ve created this haven of literary treasures right here in our workplace!

We have a treasure of books spanning realms like career development, self-help, fiction, and everything in between. Whether it’s for a seasoned bookworm or just beginning the literary journey, our library offers it all!

Self-learning Bingo is a playful twist that encourages individual growth. Think of it as a bingo card filled with learning challenges, from mastering a new skill to exploring a fresh subject area. As employees complete each challenge, they mark it off their bingo card, inching closer to the coveted “Bingo!”
