In order to inform our community, we have published an article where we provided an update on the most significant milestones of the LOTEO project up to the launch date.
The LOTEO team understands the importance of the appropriate marketing strategy and public relations and that is why we post regular updates to make the outside public aware of what is really happening behind the scenes.
These are the updates of the main milestones before the project launch:
LEGAL ISSUES
LOTEO has established a company in Curacao and its subsidiary in Cyprus that applied for an online gambling license. Regarding the structure, LOTEO will receive a global online gambling license. This excludes the USA, as it is prohibited by the federal law.
We are awaiting the license accomplishment in 8 to 12 weeks, including some additional feedback discussions, if needed.
RNG CERTIFICATION
We at LOTEO focus on true randomness and therefore we have created a random number generator system and engaged an external company for the certificate. Once we obtain the official certificate, it will be submitted as an additional document to achieve the license in Curacao.
Additionally, we also plan smart contracts to be audited in order to enhance the fairness and transparency as well.
Expected time frame is 4–6 weeks.
PLATFORM STATUS
As per the platform status, let us present you a list of the main milestones with the launching date 1st of April, 2019:
· Minimum value product will be ready and testing starts by the chosen partners
· The dashboard new look will be unveiled with a very nice and user friendly UI as well as customer oriented UX.

The soft launch is estimated as on 1st of May as planned and the hard launch will take place from 1st of June, 2019.
AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Just to recap, we offer affiliate commission 4 % of the ticket value in ETH once the ticket is used in a draw. This commission makes 40 % of the company revenues. Furthermore, as a member of our space program, you can get a share from the lottery profit, which is very unique in this industry.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
As we informed in the previous post, all the social media platforms are utilized as a communication channel.
As digital marketing evolves, we continue to see trends favoring video as its effective tool. The LOTEO team focus is to “follow the trend” and so we have published the first video advertisement on LOTEO introduction as promised earlier this month. Watch it here if you have not seen it yet.
Furthermore, we are finalizing the weekly draw winner video spot and the short commercial spots, both to be published during next weeks.
AIRDROP
We talk about airdrop when a blockchain project distributes free tokens or coins to the crypto community. Airdrops are commonly used as another effective marketing tool.
We started the first airdrop on 15th of March, 2019.
We are planning to do many more, the second one will come out on April 22, 2019.
BONUS INFO
We have applied for the LOTEU token to be listed on the first exchange.
A new member is going to join our team as the gambling advisor. He is a legend in the industry. The details will be revealed very soon.
BUG BOUNTY
A bug bounty program is a deal offered by many websites and software developers by which individuals can receive recognition and compensation for reporting bugs, especially those pertaining to exploits and vulnerabilities.
We have already informed that our Bug Bounty partner is well known company Hacktrophy (ethical hackers), which is the first entity offering bug bounty program in central Europe.
This activity is currently on hold and waiting for the soft launch.
PRIVATE FUNDING
Nowadays we are constantly in a discussion with new private investors and 30 % of the funds have been obtained.
