So, you’ve gone and done it, made some pulp-based savory pancake batter with raw green bell peppers and zucchini. Well, you can atone for your pancake-loving ways by drinking the juice of your labors. Run this juice through a strainer to reduce the amount of froth and suspended particulate matter.

It should end up with a fluffy long lasting foamy head, like a good hefeweizen. If you find it’s a bit too bitter to drink, just add stevia or monk fruit to taste, to sweeten the load.
