Why do I write to you each day?

Dear Self,

Writing to you each day has become a ritual.

I wake up each morning and I start my day by thinking about what it is I would like to tell you about.

How much effort does this thing need?

It is tempting when I am doing things that are less fun to do them in a less fun way.

I had a very strange food day yesterday with some not so great results.
