I thinking really of taking down the different web presences, and go with Twitter and Medium only. Platforms are fighting for our tight schedules.

The business of customer support is one of the most stressful businesses. Those working there are always under-appreciated.

Medium is trying to monetize the service, which is great decision. Still is it worth $5 monthly?

I have used many Blogging platforms, and Medium is a remarkable one. I just love its simplicity and clear design. After years of Wordpress, I just migrated to Medium.
