This is my decree

We all have a story to tell

Why do we yearn so badly to have a different story, when the pen is in our hands and the ink is still wet?

Forgot that today is the day my divorce finalized a year ago.

Wow.

I think instead of this causing me to fall into the darkness, I will instead look at all the growth I’ve had since last year and how I am proud of who I am today.
