Utilizing SocialFlow to Build Your Ecommerce Business (Part 2)

There are many ways to integrate your eCommerce store set up in SocialFlow. For this blog, I will just focus on the features provided by SocialFlow, which is the chatbot flow I have shared previously. If you want to know more about the chatbot flow feature, you can click here to check it out.

Getting Started

To integrate your e-commerce store into your chatbot flow using SocialFlow, there are 2 days of doing it. You can either send them directly to the storefront or utilize the carousel feature in SocialFlow to directly display your top-rated items and let them complete the purchase instantly without visiting your storefront.

As I have demonstrated the features of the chatbot interface, I will not go into detail about it so please do refer to the link here if you want to know the features instead.

This is the chatbot flow I have pre-built to demonstrate how it looks like behind the scenes.

From the screenshot above, I have separated the 2 methods into 1 chatbot flow for easy demonstration. The above method will show the customer a carousel that displays the best selling items I want to show them, whereas the bottom method shows the redirect link to the storefront instead.

Here is how it looks like in Messenger from the customer’s perspective.

Notice the carousel feature is displayed in the screenshot above.

The first button “Send Me To The Store” will bring the user straight to the storefront you have set, and the “New Ecom Integration” is the carousel feature that I have created.

Conclusion

It is indeed easy to build your e-commerce store and integrate it into a chatbot with just a few clicks. With both features available in SocialFlow, you do not need to struggle to search for 2 different tools and pay for both.
