I love how this industry is rapidly growing and we are seeing new models of “coliving” popping up all across the globe. PwC ( PriceWaterhouseCoopers) also identified coliving as the biggest emerging real estate trend in Europe. Shared spaces and social experiences will be key to attract Millennial and Gen Z travelers, while busy business travelers and digital nomads seek the integration of time-saving technology.

I want to highlight some of the latest coliving spaces that are making their mark:

1. Entrepreneur Houses

Where: Lisbon, Portugal

If you are an entrepreneur, looking to be in a quiet town but still close enough to a city, then this is where you want to go. A stunning 800 m2 villa provides spacious rooms, large coworking area and a beautiful porch. With activities like surfing, yoga and horse riding with the nature at your doorstep.

Conclusion

Coliving spaces from 2017 and 2018 have been evolving to match the growing market and now it is exciting to see that in 2019 we are adding more destinations, more concepts and propelling this industry forward. We also see associations like Coliving Hub, creating network of coliving spaces and connecting founders. All in all, I couldn’t be more excited for the next years to come.

If there are new spaces that you think should be on this list, leave a comment below. And definitely hold down 👏 to show your support.
