Mini Habits

I recently read ‘Mini Habits’ by Stephen Guise. It’s about building new mini habits you can effortless do every day and which eventually will grow into lifelong habits. For me it is working really great. Since I read the book, it was drawing animal sketches every day. I recommend it you guys.
