動態活動記錄（我想也包括運動之類的）最困難的其中一點是活動是持續不斷地進行，拍攝的強度跟密度是一般紀錄的數倍。善用但不是濫用連拍，觀察整體和個人的動作加以預測最好的畫面，再加上一點運氣才能讓畫面完美呈現。
