You have to get complete control of the mind in order to realize that it can rob you of the present reality
A way I’ve gone about combating this is by paying close attention to the route used by google maps the first time and then not using it again for that same destination or anything in that same area. It’s such a great benefit to really learn areas and get familiar with different routes on your own.
What’s helped me a lot to keep the momentum even during the super stressful times of growing a company is always making sure I workout 3 times a week, attend one event outside of my field and spend time with at least 1 family member or friend. Those consistent habits help balance me during the peaks in stress and keep me going.
