About
Obiter Dicta
The Obiter Dicta is the newsletter of the British Law Centres, a UK-registered educational charity providing courses in English law throughout Central and Eastern Europe.
Note from the editor

The Obiter Dicta has been in circulation since 2009. It delivers short and long academic commentaries on areas of English law, European and International law and comparative law of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, to the several thousand students and alumni of the British Law Centres in the CEE region. From the beginning of 2017, the Obiter Dicta newsletter is moving from its traditional pdf format to a digital blog format, with the explicit aim of being more accessible to readers. If you would like to contribute a blog post or advertise a relevant legal event, please contact the editors at od@britishlawcentre.co.uk. The ideal length of your post will be 1000 words.
