Online Store Academy builds on Koongo, The Multichannel Marketing Tool that I started up back in 2013 and was steering it for several years until 2016 when I exited the business, though I still stay active in the Koongo’s Advisory Board. Koongo has served until now more than 5000 online merchants, mainly from Netherlands, and my knowledge in the area of e-commerce comes mainly from this period of my life.
