The CryptoSolitaire Team with Chen Naje

The months of June and July were very productive and fulfilling for our team. We were just beginning to form our team, one member at a time, as well as building our brand in the industry. We’ll discuss in this article our top accomplishments so far here in CryptoSolitaire.

1. Hiring Our First Blockchain Developer

Early this June, Aldrick Bonaobra joined the team as our first Blockchain Developer. Aldrick is a 19-year old fresh graduate of IT from Bicol University. He helped developed our website, cryptosolitaire.io during his first month with the team.

Aldrick is now helping create the Solidity smart contracts that will power our Non-Fungible Token decks. Learn more about him in our “Meet Our Team” article.

2. Hiring Our First Marketing Associate

Our team wanted to reach out to and improve communication with the digital community as well. So we looked for someone with just enough marketing experience to join our team. We were very luck to have found Shiekina Añasco, a marketer with relevant experience promoting cryptocurrency projects.

Shane is now CryptoSolitaire’s energetic Marketing Associate. She assists in managing our social media accounts, and engages with the audience. She also hosts our meetups and events, and writes the articles.

3. Bicol IT Blockchain Meetup 0x1

Last June 29, we helped organize and sponsor the first Blockchain Meetup here in Legazpi City together with Bicol IT.org Inc. This event was also in partnership with SparkPoint Ecosystem, OnliCoin, and Ctrl Alt Work.

5. Asia Blockchain Summit in Taipei, Taiwan.

Last July 2 to 3, Rico Zuñiga along with the SparkPoint executive team, attended the Asia Blockchain Summit in Taipei, Taiwan. One of the highlights of the event was when they got to meet one of the pioneers of Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies, Changpeng Zhao, the CEO and Founder of Binance.

6. Partnership with SparkPoint Ecosystem

CryptoSolitaire will be collaborating with SparkPoint to create card games for their SparkPlay gaming platform . SparkPoint is also allocating a certain amount of SRKs for the development of games for their SparkPlay platform which will help fund CryptSolitaire.

7. Partnership with Illustrator and Artist, Chen Naje

We’ve finalized our partnership with Chen who will be creating our inaugural deck of NFT playing card decks. We also had the chance to meet and interview him to learn more about his background. Chen has also been posting regular updates on his Instagram and Facebook page which adds to the excitement. Here’s his latest update on Instagram.

10. NFT Coding and Online Store

Aldrick started researching NFT smart contracts while exploring how CryptoKitties and Gods Unchained work. He’s also finishing up the pre-sale store page.

11. DTI Seminar

We attended our last seminar for July, the Regional MSME Conference organized by DTI Region V last July 26. The theme was “Inclusive and Sustainable Innovations for Globally Competitive MSMEs”. The venue was at Casa Blanca Convention Center in Legazpi City.

12. Facebook Streams

We also started streaming some videos on Facebook. We wanted to discuss Blockchain, NFTs, art progress, our team members, and other relevant topics. We hope that these topics will help our audience understand what we do and why we do it.

That’s all for our Monthly Updates for the months of June and July. We’re looking forward to get more jobs done in the coming weeks and we are hoping to have your full support!
